CS Shield is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not store, process, or retain any customer details, contact submission content, or any personally identifiable information (PII) from users or their customers.
The only information we keep is a simple count of how many contact submissions have been processed by the app. This count is used solely for operational and statistical purposes and cannot be linked to any individual, customer, or submission.
No names, email addresses, message content, or any other data from submissions are ever saved or logged by CS Shield.

SmartTags Privacy Policy
SmartTags applies tags to your orders, customers, and products based on rules you configure. It acts as a data processor, operating solely on your documented instructions.
Webhook data we receive (such as order, customer, and product fields) is evaluated in memory and immediately discarded — it is never stored.
The only data we retain is a privacy-friendly audit log consisting of resource IDs and the tag values applied, along with your encrypted Shopify access token. We do not store names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, or order contents.
Audit-log records are automatically purged after 90 days. Your data is removed when you uninstall the app, and we honor GDPR/CCPA customers/redact and shop/redact requests.
Your data is never sold or used for any secondary purpose. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
